Feedback would be appreciated!

for this series to grasp me, i need to see the "big" shot of the dam and river. then, you can work the other "localized interest" pieces in around that central shot. the cables are a great accent to the series, but they shouldn't lead the series. the dam should.

i love the last shot, though. and, the razor wire being IN focus is a neat twist on what most of us would try to do. quite creative.

Straightening...lol. Every time I straighten the horizon, I hang the picture crooked.

I agree the dramatic shot of the dam would have had the most effective beginning for this post, but I unintelligently shot in some bad afternoon light. Here is what I got for the dam shot...

I went back this morning for some different light, here is what I shot...

I am going to go back tomorrow evening before sundown and get some better lighting...

works for me for the "bigger picture." sure is busy in front with all the power lines. maybe another angle?? they dont all have to be glorious sunset shots or with that ominous cloud in the background. certainly, that would give off more drama, but we "takes what we gets" sometimes.

obviously, if you have regular access, shoot for the best lighting possible. i look forward to what you get tomorrow.

Yeah since 9/11 this is really the only vantage point allowable.
