Help all,

For some unexplained reason I am having difficulty getting my photos to upload from camera to computer. I plug the camera in, switch it on, and the lcd goes blank. EOS utility runs fine but I don't get the menu on the camera to upload all/new/etc.

Has this happened to anyone else and how do I fix this?

I haven't changed anything on my computer except the usual updates.

HELP

Byy an external card reader for $20, Faster transfer and you don't have to keep connecting and disconnecting your camera from your PC.

Bohdan - I may be, and probably am, completely wrong.

Hey I just got it to work. Seems the camera needed to be in Auto mode...weird.
