I'd say you did a great job. Nice modified catchlight and stray hairs and great job with the skin. There is an odd ring on the edge of the eyes that I can't quite distinguish at this size, but overall this is very well done.

Excelent job except for the lips. Very natural looking. Perfect balance on the skin smoothing not plastic looking at all. Did you just use photoshop or a plug in for the skin smoothing?

Thanks for all your comments.

I do the skin in a few steps.
1. I first fix all the blemish area to make it as smooth as plausible.
2. Duplicate the layer with a mask, then use Portraiture to smooth the skin. Set the mask to black and paint white to reveal the smooth skin. Lower the opacity to 35%.
3. Then I work on adding a new skin texture for a more natural look.
4. the eyes are a whole long other story.
5. post it here to realize I forgot the lips

Here I darkened the hands and fixed the lips.

How is it now?

I think you did a nice job. The only suggestion I could make would be the bulge on the lower left eye. I used liquify to open it up just slightly at the bottom.
