Personally I think it would be even more dramatic if higher contrast. Great shot. For example but maybe not quite this contrasty...the hightlights are blowing out now:

The image is a little too soft to my liking, especially with a spectacular model like this. The highlights are blown almost beyond saving which looks like is the effect of PP. If you post a slightly larger shot in color I think I could do a little better job on the edit and share some tips as well. But the angle is great and the expression is genius!
