Hi,

Not sure if it’s the right thread for this matter, but I need to ask if this website is valid or not!..
I am interested lately to create my own website and training for it! I found the prices extremely low!!! It looks valid..
You just buy the serial number (original) without manual, cd and retail box..

:oops: anybody have experience from it? Or the best way to learn is to email adobe.. :o

I dunno about places like that.... I'd be VERY leery about it. I'm seeing some software in there like Autocad that costs us thousands of dollars per license at my work, for $160? Something's not quite right. You can't even buy "OEM" autocad for that price according to my vendors. In fact, I've never even heard of OEM Autocad.

The license is the most expensive part of the software package, for 'consumer' software that is. For high end commercial software it's usually the support you almost have to have that really costs. When we purchase a license for Microsoft software at my work for example, we get no box or documentation. You could buy a cd for $12.50 or just download the software.

I wouldn't be surprised if the software on this site pirated software that someone is just reselling. I've seen that many times. Someone downloads software from a torrent or something, then tries to sell burnt CD's of it for $80.

I'd say email adobe, ask them about it. You may run the risk of buying the software, only to have it stop working on you telling you your serial number is invalid.

1. Why your software is cheaper than the original software?

That’s all because we offer only copies of license versions. This mean that you will not receive any printed documents (license or instruction) - just files and instruction in notepad’s format, any special packages and will not be able to register this software online. All updates (for most of the software) are available for you. The software which we selling, was bought primarily at the auctions and from the companies that have run out of business.

That bolded part right there would keep me from buying.

I dunno about selling the trial versions. Possibly if all you do is charge for the media.

I know with out Microsoft corporate licenses, we are not allowed to resell them. But then with some other companies, they would allow us to lease unusued licenses to other people. Gets sticky.

I definitely understand the pull of having legal software for reasonable prices. But if it's not legal, then you've wasted money, and might as well have done dirty things since it doesn't seem that either one is 'less illegal'.

That site has all those logos plastered on it for Microsoft certified partner, cnet approved, etc, but searching google so far I'm not having much luck finding any info about them, except for another forum someone asking about them as well in a different language.

.

I know about it.. But the policy you posted (from their website) says, we don’t sell manuals, box, cd, license... so If they don’t sell you license but just the software... U have to pay the full amount to adobe after via online system to use it.

Isn’t it.. I think i will buy a retail box.. (Flash pro cs3) There is a discount edition but you have to be a student, a partner of a company or else you have to pay the full amount.

Once Microsoft sell OEM windows, office, etc.. I still have my windows95 oem :) and I paid 1/6 of the original price.. It was valid!! That’s why I asked..

thanks anyway.

$200 for a $2300 Adobe program. Think it through.

$200 is extremely expensive! The software is a trial (which is already available free) and you are paying for a "crack" or a serial number that is being distributed worldwide. It has not been obtained from the OEM by the current seller and has not been paid for. The software author/company possibly knows about the serial number being illegally distributed and won't validate that serial number and that's why you are being told you can't register it later. While the value of the software may be "high" in its usefulness to you, the true value is zero.

In no way would you be using the software legally. Trading with these organisations is often associated with the funding of terrorism somewhere on the globe.

Well I was thinking about adobe flash pro cs3 and its 1/10 of the price.. It’s us dollars and I was thinking that maybe they are oem products in us at this cost!.. I checked after products like 3d studio max 2009 edition.. And i freaked out! :)

Simply.. Somebody got to report them.. I was not about to buy anything from them without adobe confirmation.. Was ready to send them email, asking.

as they have ADOBE, Microsoft, etc.. as partners..

Anyway... this site is extremely visible on google.. if u just type adobe pro flash product, is coming up 3rd or 4th on the list.. It is a bit of confuse as they use the word OEM.

There is OEM software by all companies. Cd's without print on them (just OEM mark), no manual, no box.. just an envelope (but its original!). That’s why I got confused and made the question here.
