He should be holding a baseball bat :D
Seriously, I like the pic. The BG is lit bright enough to show the bike.
Gelled light works well as it creates good separation between the subject and bg. His pose and way you lit him works well for this bike theme.
Is that a knife in his left pocket?

Ok the pose of the man but i think the real problem is the moto it's covered so much that I think his presence in the background is less useful.

Nope, cell phone. Lawyers always have their phone on them!

I agree, I cropped it that way, too but couldn't decide which version to post. Thanks!

Possibly - but it would be hard to prove! ;)

Not a criminal, but I might just be a criminal defense lawyer (and occasional Canon shooter myself). ;)

The dead space Captain M (as I like to call him) included initially is necessary when using images for promotional materials, as in this other example (attached) of his work (without quite the rough edge as the one he posted above, but maybe it needs a little of that!), which I had made into a postcard. Many of my clients actually like this better than my more "professional-looking" postcard.

By the way, as a criminal defense attorney, I've always liked the subliminal message the sleeves put forth.
