I like the original crop much better. if this is going to be used for advertising, you need to get much better lighting in my opinion. But as is it's still a very good capture.

is this a revisit from the past? or a new shoot? i swear you have posted something like this before. but a long tiiiimmmmeeee ago. lol.

i like the shot. and i dont think the bottom hald of his body is dead space at all.. it adds to it.

he looks prety darn intimidating.

Hey Shanny and everyone.
The reason I think its dead space is I look at the image and I don't find that space helping the photographer visual statement at all. Nothing in that space/area is doing anything for the image and there can only be things in a photograph that help the visual statement or take away from it. Is that space helping? To me the image is about the lawyer and the bike in the background is supporting that. Well thats my take. There are some density and color issues that I think need to be addressed but I'm just talking framing and composition and its just an opinion and its free so take it for what its worth;)

I also forgot to add that with the arms cropped at the bottom of the frame it creates a very strong BASE for a classic triangle and subconsciously that reinforces strength in the subject.
