overdone / too dramatic or good C & C

Took this last night played around with it alot.
What do you guys think?

I like it, takes an often related photo and jazzes it up. Good color choice!

I like the colors I at first but then i tought maybe it is al little to much.
you can get the original by clicking under the picture were it says "download original picture"

I think it's a bit overdone, though it'd be a better photo without that railing.
