Tift Merrit 6/12/09 Bonnaroo Day 2

One of Alt. County's darlings...Tift Merritt. I was sad that I didn't have more time to check out her songs. I liked what I heard.

As always, comments and critique are encouraged.

First two are especially fantastic (great face detail and timing on expressions)... real good set...

Thank you, John. PP on this set was tough because Tift is almost translucent in skin tone. Every light cast a color cast on her skin that was sometimes impossible to deal with.

5 and 6 are almost identical, i would ditch one. #1's a nice shot but a sort of awkward moment, wrt to where her lips are on the mic. i like #3 the best, nice angles. 4 is a cool stage shot of the band but their monitors are a bugger.

I agree about 5 and 6. I guess I wasn't really paying attention when I posted. The monitors were the standard tent monitors that where there for all bands on that stage. I found it odd that each stage had rather different set ups for sound.
