Interesting, I think this needs just a tad more saturation. maybe bring out the great colors of the wall a bit. This model has just about the perfect background, very complimentary

A little PP and you got some winners. Look at minimizing the bags under eyes, lighten them a bit, rest just needs some pop.

I like the content of the photos; however I personally think they would look a million times better if they were more dramatic as below.

Let me know what you think.

Took about 10 seconds in lightroom with a few of my custom presets.

Maybe go for a subtle high-key B&W to get them looking good?

A few edits. . .not sure I like the darker feel. . she seems somewhat angelic and soft. . . maybe better suited to a lighter, approach

and 1 b/w. . . so many ways to do the b/w. . .but I think you've got the right idea with the lighter pics, just add a tad more color. . .nice pics.

Yea shes looking for new headshots so we just snapped a few shots. Some of them are soft so I think we will re-shoot some. But I was happy with the overall. Since shes looking for headshots I don't want to do alot of editing to the shots besides touch up.

I think they just need some warmth added to them and some contrast.

I really love this set but agree they needed some contrast and a little more depth. Your photography is very good...just need to fiddle around in the PP afterwards:)
Here is my play with them.....
