Stan, these shots were made in the fall when sunrise was late. Left motel in Gatlinburg about 5:15 in the morning to go to Clingman's Dome. You will be surprised to know that many people beat me there. I shot from the base of the Dome in the parking lot....I didn't climb it. That would be daunting to me at any time of the day. Had plenty of time to wait for the sun to come up.
As far as showing the pics, these are just a reflection of what is there in our great national park on any given day. Feel free to show anyone, but thanks for asking permission. I am honored that you like my shots.
