I know I shouldn't have, but because they were the only place I could find with availability of the Canon 5D Mark II Kit with the 24-105 IS L Series zoom, I placed the order at $3495. But then the next day they wanted to verify some information, but really just wanting to sell me stuff I didn't need, and then, to top it off, thety tried to slip in on me an extra $279 charge for insurance.

I said cancel the order. The the agent spoke to his supervisor and said they could do it for $105 insurance. I said I wanted to cancel the order so that is what they did.

I then placed the same order at Adorama but it is backordered. So I wait. But at Adorama I was treated with respect and professionalism.

Never again will I go to Broadway.

I didn't know they were crooks. I knew they had the same price as B&H and Adorama, so I thought they were legitimate, as opposed to Bingo and Rogers, who advertise prices that are too good to be true.

I felt sick to my stomach when I started seeing all the bad reviews. But it was confirmed, without a doubt, when they tried to charge me an 8% insurance fee.

Anyway, the Adorama experience was very positive, and my order was only backordered for two days. The camera kit is scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Thursday 6/25).

They are scam artists. You are better off getting the camera from a reputable store like Adorama. Amazon and B&H are also good places as well.

Dude, never, even in dire need, go to those scam places. I'm sorry for your bad experience.
