Spent the day at Cadwell Park, never been there before, but will certainly be going again (a fantastic circuit). My first time posting images here, just to warn you, I only really do vintage/historic racing.

Onto the pics then...

1. Alfa, complete with goggles

2. Frazer Nash after the mountain

3. Morgan - complete with passenger

4. Battle for the lead - GN special (right) came out on top

5. Couldn't leave out the ERA

6. There was a bit of rain as well

7. Another Nash leading the way

8. And a Bugatti (obviously)

All shot with 40D and 100-400, comments welcomed.

Thanks for looking.

That's an impressive picture sharing debut, David. Thanks for posting these. That green Alfa is a beautiful car but I like the Bugatti shot the best.

Great spot at the track to shoot and very crisp images. Love the helmet and goggles. Contemporary helmets really do wreck the illusion. Real nice images.

Nice pics David. Not much wrong with them on the sharpness front ! You will be getting Glenn to use his 100-400 next !! Good stuff.

I only really do vintage/historic racing.

Nothing wrong with that and there's definitely nothing wrong with these pictures either.

Like yourself i only made my first trip to Cadwell recently and i'm looking forward to going this Sunday for some tin-top lunacy.

Welcome aboard & keep posting :)
