Quick trip on way back from an excellent birthday bash to the delightful Corfe Castle in Dorset.

The clouds in number 2 are great!

3 is my favorite. I like the framing of the photo. I like 1 and 2 also but I bet they would look even more interesting at sunset. Great job

I can't quite pick it out, but that third shot is moving. Something about looking back into the past? Very cool.

Thank you. Aye - National Trust properties are hard to get into after 5:30pm or so. They kick everyone out ; poor photographers have a hard time.

Thanks to all for the kind words.

The sky in #1 is close to natural - a bit of vibrance and warmed the scene a bit.

#2 sky was great as it was but needed a contrast boost to make the streaks pop. I did a quick fix by passing it through DynamicHDR for the sky alone and dialling back the effect to about 20% with a layer mask to keep the rest of the photo from looking awful - seemed to work a treat.

Thanks. It came out 100% as I envisaged when I took the shot - well chuffed with it. Took a bit to get the metering right then waiting for a group to appear.
