From the little thumbnail it just looked like contrast and saturation, nothing special.

Looks like a wider angle, possible L series lens. Good lighting, there is most certainly fill light via flash or reflector. I don't see much post other then a little sat and maybe levels.

The DOF plays a big part and the perspective of the shot. Thats all I see her other then the very pleasing to look at model.

Yeah.... nah. The oof leaf in the foreground and narrow background field of fview are clues it was taken by a lens closer to telephoto than wide. And you seriously can't tell an L lens from another lens at this size.

tim.. settle down.. lol.. ( you should not be left to your own devices..especially on the internet) lol. only kidding.

i thought it was just a really nice photo.. and the rest seemed more to me.. there is a glow. but it doesnt look over done to me. and i love how the colors really pop in the photo.
