Looking at the template in the above post, the path to your photos needs to be in the data file.
You can quickly generate a list of all the files in a directory with:
dir /b > files.txt
in a command prompt.
You can copy paste from there into an excel file.

In the better late than never category (op in June'09 - lol) I finally had another occasion to use this functionality and it works perfectly - provided you have everything setup correctly.
