Looks like you are off to a great start. I like where you are going with your header design. You are using only about 40% of the width of the page. I might stretch that smoky background the entire width of the header so that your design looks more complete. I would be careful with your English. To be viewed as a professional it is very important that you capitalize the beginning of sentences and avoid fragments, etc.
Metadata is something that you should study up on. Having accurate metadata helps search engines the right people to you. To view your metadata you can use control-u in your browser.
This is what your meta data looks like <head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
For example this is what my website's metadata looks like
<title>Louisiana Wedding Photojournalism & Natural Light Portraiture, NOLA</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<meta name="keywords" content="new orleans, portrait photographer, Louisiana, maternity, seniors, newborn, children, affordable ">
<meta name="description" content="Affordable photography professionals serving Louisiana with weddings & portraits: bridal, engagement, seniors, family, pregnancy, children, & newborn.">
As for what else you should add, I would think you could do a bit of research on what leading photoblogs have. Make a list and narrow down what is important to you. Best of luck.
