Another one of my all-time favorites is Elvis Costello. He is currently touring a country album and started his performance with a few of his well known songs from his Attractions days. Too bad I was out after 3 songs when he brought on his band that included Jim Lauderdale. All photos were taken from on spot stage right because when I went to look for another angle the pit was so crowded that I could not move 3 inches much less 10 ft.

As always, comments and critique are encouraged.

Great close ups...

My fav is Elvis Costello and Burt Bacharach, and their great compositions with Elvis' vocals.

Very nice shots given your all or nothing vantage point.

HUGE EC fan here. From the Elvis is King album (Alison; Working Week; Detectives) to all the other artists he's helped over the years, he's still one of my favorites voices of rock and unmistakeable writing stylist of our time.

Wow, he's starting to show his age. But that can't be - he's not much older than me! :(

I have enjoyed Costello's music since I first heard Allison...which was a long time ago. Thank you, John.

Thanks. I think I got the best spot except for the FUSE video crew.

It seems that most of the acts I shoot these days are as old, or older than I am. Sometimes the lens doesn't do there skin so good.
