Looks like it was taken through the ambulance window, my guess is a pap rather than a tourist, and I hope he enjoys spending the money, I doubt I would.

Celebs like this will often have dedicated paps on rotational duty. Also the use of police/ambulance scanners makes it fairly easy to track and get people on site (sometimes before the emergency cerives get there).

I dont think it was a PAP. There was a Tour Bus there right as that happened. Thats how that video was found as well. Tourist video and I think that is a STILL.
