15 is close to in the clear, but it's still got black corners, 16 has normal vignetting from a wide open lens (and interestingly, the 5Dii know the lens and corrects for it in camera with it's peripheral whatchamacallit correction).

Thanks for sharing Ben. Looks OK at 15-16mm depending of the use.

If you're a fan of the vignette, or are planning to use it for some shots, 15mm and 16mm don't look horrible.

However, especially after seeing these, I can't understand why people reccomend this lens to FF users; it's almost like buying a 16mm f/2.8 without the actual benefits of a prime lens...

Ben I know you still have this lens, do you find it as good as the 12-24(Sigma) when it comes to corners and distortion??
