HELP Manual Feed for Epson R2880

I have tried Hahenmuhle Photo Rag and also the Epson Premium Presentation Matte and I CANNOT for the life of me get these things to print.

The Hahnemuhle always goes back and forth on two different error messages, cant even get that stuff - something to do with the profile telling the driver something. ?? Lights start flashing on the front of the printer, etc, etc,

For the Matte, I am putting it through the rear manual feed, and it will not grab - all the instructions and when it does, it just shoots it through the front with no print.

Anyone tell me what I am doing wrong - I have burned up a lot of time, and I don't want to call someone...

has it worked yet?? If so, how? I have the exact same problem with Hahnemuhler paper... Just installed my printer (R2880) today and all it does (if I'm lucky...) is shoving the paper from back to front & vice versa

Aren't there a pantload of threads on the interwebs about finicky manual feed with the 2880?

Give google a shot and see if you can find a solution to the issue. Maybe Hahnemuhle's web site will offer some advice on using their paper?
