Hey there! Thanks!
My OFC is "usually" set at around 1/16 - 1/32 power. It's a 580ex btw. I also have another 580 mounted on camera and I usually will dial it down by about a stop using FEC IN CAMERA, not on the flash itself. I do a lot of shutter drag so I constantly shoot around a 30th and f4 or lower, around there.
