Love it - love to take photos, love the art, love the technical side, have fun doing it - have fun learning...

even the birth of our first child did not escape the wrath of me and my camera. There was no imposing - it was not out of place - i didnt have it up and firing the whole time...

BUT this is why i took it there - captured a perfect moment in time for me and for my family... probably could have done it with a happy snapper - but thats no fun - might have shutter lagged enough to miss it...

Just need to decide now what to bring for next bub... due in 2 days.. charging all batts now, formatting cards... ready to go :) im not gonna ask you lot... i know... its a 5d2 24-70 and 580ex2 job.

Now this is THE EXACT moment that my wife first held our son - straight from birth to a cuddle... and this EXACT moment that they looked into each others eyes... one of my Favorite shots... even if no1 else thinks so!

Just a happy thread - hope you are all enjoying your picture taking - not working too hard or giving each other too much grief...

Take care - regards - Nick! (new baby photos to come i think - they look kinda funny when they are just born hehe)

Thanks guys.. :) was just thinking theres lots of nitpicking going on in the forums - which is normal when always learning and getting better and asking for help... wanted to post something a little more lighthearted.

Capturing a moment like this is pretty much what its all about for me.. seeing as this is a hobby and a passion.. not making any money out of it....

x- :) it still blows me away that they were once this small!!

irish - typical :) always having a craic hey, even with post #1- my wifes mother is Irish born and bred - had some good times in Ireland - they are a mad bunch

take it easy all :)
