Canon does sell the door assembly (call Canon USA Parts at 732-521-7230), but be aware that disassembling the camera can void the warranty. It looks fairly easy to replace, but I've never done it.

Order the replacement part (CF DOOR) from Canon. It cost me $8.30. You need a small screwdriver & it takes five minutes to replace.

I recently broke my door too. I found a local store that specializes in Canon repairs (Check Canon's web site) and they got me a new one. Very easy to replace. Good luck.

Thanks to all of you for posting, I just replaced my CF door, it was easy. $8 replacement from Canon and a #0 phillips screwdriver.

Here are the instructions I followed, for anyone else with this problem (which I got from somewhere else on this site I think):

With the CF door closed, hold the CF door down with your finger along where
the pivot pin runs. Remove the 4 screws holding a plate that keeps the CF
door in place. Note that the 2 screws around the wriststrap eyelet are
different length and threading than the other 2 screws. Carefully open the
CF door and note how the spring is located in the middle of the door (the
pin runs thru the center of the spring coil). There is a small notch in the
CF door where the end of the spring rests. There is also a the same type of
notch in the camera body where the other end of the spring rests.

Now, simply remove the pin and spring and transfer it to your new CF door.
Put the new CF door in place on the camera making sure the spring ends are
in the notches mentioned above.Close the CF door and hold it in place with
one hand while you fasten the metal plate back in place with the 4 screws.
