Just a quick question... on sending my camera in. Well I bought it from a fellow POTNer here so the warranty is up. How would I go about sending it in to Canon (and paying out of pocket) for service, cleaning and calibration?

Also, how long does it usually take before it is returned to me?

A camera.
Trinkets galore.

Turn around time is said to be about 10-14 business days usually. Just give Canon a call and their tech will guide you through the process of sending it in.

For defect pixels, make sure you specify CMOS sensor calibration (or a pixel remap), incase they think you mean AF Sensor recalibration :D

Im going to do both. I should send my 24-70L in with my body if I want them to check AF and micro adjust for it right?
