Do you mind sharing some techniques you used for these pictures i.e. settings on camera, lens use, any post processing at all on these photos? Thanks Might want to shoot him a PM considering upgraded and probably will never view this thread again. theslip wrote: I see you guys pair the Xs with some *heavy* lenses such as the 24-70 L or 70-200 f2.8 L Having any problem with the unbalanced weight? While my longest and heaviest lens is nowhere near the weight of the ones you mentioned, it doesn't feel unbalanced at all. Takes a few minutes to adjust, but that's about it. I picture putting a 70-200 2.8 on it and it snapping right off, lol. But nah, the XS can hold it. | Canon 7D | 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS | 70-200 f/4L IS | 1.4X II TC |

A ND filter is high on my list of needed gear, I had some more shade in the last shot that let me keep the shutter open longer, but the second was just getting too blown out. I will definitely hit that spot again after I get an ND, or maybe a little after sundown. Flickr

That's normally what I do :P (since I don't have a ND either) ...screw listing gear,it just sets up preconceived notions...but if you must link
