It also looks quite blown out across the rock faces? All I did was convert to labcolor and then apply it to the image. I played with lowering the contrast a bit but it didn't make much difference. I like the blue but it doesn't help that I took that photo in mid-day sun. I can post the original too for comparison. Im just learning pp. And I'm not very good with it, just trying new stuff here and there.

Your original has a lot more detail in the rocks, perhaps just boosting the green channel might give you a bit more "pop"?

I would lower the blue just a touch and raise the green a bit, maybe even add a little red/yellow to warm it up. Canon t3i, Sigma 17-50 f2.8, Rokinon 8mm fisheye, Canon 50 f1.8, Canon 55-250

Apart from that, amazing shot. Thanks guys! Long exposure+little girl running is what caused it to be blurred, I dig it because you can tell she's running and it captures that youthful spirit. That was a total right place at the right time moment. 5DMarkII/40D/hacked Canon FL 50mm f/1.4/and some other old, cheap, MF glass/RF-602's/2-283's and 4-285's/Macbook/My eyeballs.
