i want using it for landscape and also portrait picture and also really like bokeh picture!hehe..
i also saw the review about f1.8,they say f1.8 more better than f1.4..thank ATXslouljah..

landscapes you might want a bit wider but for portaits its good, a bit to close as a walk around lens sadly id suggest an 35mm for crop or the 50mm for FF if using it as a landscape walk around type of lens.

landscapes you shouldn't have any bokeh. Landscapes should be shot at f8 and higher

very true, just not in most people's budget range by far :lol:
also it depends on how many leaf blades it has, the more the better bokeh.

Few from the weekend. Didn't get chance to stop and take any landscapes 18 hours driving in 2 days was enough without photo stops!

Just messing around with my first DSLR. Sorry bout the missing EXIF. This was shot at ISO 1600 on a Rebel XS, wide open with 18-55mm under Tungsten light. Hope the embed works...
