Here's a picture.

So when you guys post process. How do you convert the CR2 file to jpeg? In photoshop I have the option to just click save as and then JPEG.

But in Digital Photo Professional(the bundled software), it says I can convert the CR2 to EXIF-JPEG.

Is there a difference in quality between the two jpegs?

It's the same. That setting will output a normal JPEG.
