We have neighbors that are semi-close. No one really had their porch lights on yet, which might have helped.

I love the look, though I wasn't able to get great IR effects with the Hoya R72 filter by itself; When I upgraded from the kit lens and saw the price of a 77mm filter, it was a no brainer to get a full conversion instead.
