Hi Guys,

Been away for awhile but will be hopefully posting some photos soon... :P

I was hoping for some help, I have been given a 50 mm - F/1.4 - Canon EF to play with from work. (lucky me) The problem is it doesn't seem to be working very well and I'm not sure if this is down to my 1000d (working with 18mm-55mm EF Fine) .

I'm getting blurry images and ERR 01 check connections errors, I have cleaned the lens to as i know its been in the box for awhile. I have managed to get some photos out of it though.

I don't visit these forums anymore, but I still have my trusty 1000D.

I am aware of the sensor dust in the first one, I'll probably clone it out at a later date. These are taken in the isle of Harris, Scotland. Our beaches are amazing, often you can get them to yourself or maybe you might see a few people on them. We don't often get weather as nice as this though.
