Taken with the 1DsMKII and the 500 f4.

Nice shot Bill, I have a swallowtail kite that flies over my backyard from time to time and I would love to get a shot as good as this one.

Beautiful shot Bill. Were you at the landing of Joe Overstreet Rd.?

I'll definitely be going back there next spring, great variety. We didn't see any Kites but plenty of Osprey, Eagles, SH Cranes, Caracara, Meadowlarks and Shrike to keep us busy.

It would make my trip to meet up with you, Harv and Mao for a day or two of shooting.
