I was out for a lunchtime walk to get out the office and spotted this fella. He's got great character, must stop and speak to him next time.

I'm wondering how someone could be wearing such tattered clothing that looks so clean as to never have seen a night under a bridge or on the streets.

With regards to the shot itself, I would like to see more of his face; I'm sure it's quite expressive.

He lives on the streets. He might clean up somehere. You can tell by his bloated hands. In my job as a Deputy Sheriff here in San Francisco, I see people daily like that. Both clean and dirty.
