So I think I'm doing the math right. In Illinois gas tax is 58 cents per gallon. I paid $2.56 this morning so the gas actually cost $1.98 so the tax is 22% of the total cost.
Sounds about right...

My laptop controls the desktop (Dell Optiplex 755) over the LAN. I just move my mouse off the top of my laptop screen and it's on the desktop. Fully encrypted between the two as well. ![]()

One can always use more display acreage, and I have a few unused computers around here.

Synergy2 is the program that does it, and it can handle a ton of computers with one keyboard/mouse server. I run it over an OpenVPN tunnel for encryption.
