It sure is, I had a lot of fun there last year

Yea, but I'm not a big gambler but it was an awesome place to people watch. i hope to head back some time soon this time with slr in hand for some candid street photography. Too bad you can't take pictures in the casinos.

Your pictures always have such nice colors in them.

Nice shots....cool mini-train.

I just wasted an hour of my life reading the gnashing and grinding in the 1D4 threads...good grief....not one of those idjits has even seen one yet....and already they are proclaiming the 7D is superior....what a tribe of posers.

I think the argument that just galls me the most is the constant whining in the lens board about the weight of the 70-200 f2.8 IS vs. the 70-200 f4 versions. For crying out loud, it's only 1.5 lbs heavier... Man up, people!

Gah, look at that, only 9billion ISO? My super hybrid Nikanon can do ISO 8989998651455410000 with no noise...I think you need to buy one, and a lens like mine the 100-1000mm f/0.00001 L VI

Mother nature provides the colors...me and Canon just provide the noise. I really, really should have reached in the door and grabbed the 1Dmk2n that was laying right there....but I thought the little cam could handle the shot. I suspect it wouldn't look too bad as a print....but the noise makes it look pretty ragged here. Almost as bad as using a noink!

Yes....we get some great sunrise and sunset color...partly due to the pollution caused by the TVA....but we used to get some great color in NY too....just need to be out away from the cities.

Post it in the gear forums and say it's a high ISO shot from the Mk IV... That ought to spin up the gear-heads.
