Why not? Vaxen is/was the plural of VAX.

True, VAXes just sounds wrong, Perhaps that is the origin of boxen?

In order to pacify the english language (an aggressive and inconsistent beast) I propose to - from now on - use the terms bocks and bocksen to refer to a utilitarian object that does stuff. Sorry, fridges washing-machines and toyotas are still whitegoods.

Moooo all.

Just finished a bit of cleaning up around the yard and a trip to the dump to off load the rubbish. It looks cleaner but not better. Need to do some serious replanting, especially some Natives to attract the birds.

Soon to sort out some gear for the Brisbane Zombie Walk this arvo.

he does look huge! Very cute though. I remember his puppy shots...he was such a doll.

He is about 110 lbs now. Still thinks he is a lap dog though :rolleyes:.

I don't know about you, but if he jumped into my lap, I don't think I'd have much lap left.

He is really "sneaky" about it. One paw, then another then all of a sudden "HI!"

His legs are long enough that usually he is more straddling you while in a lawn chair than actually sitting on you :-D.

That is pretty funny.

If it were for all the effort involved, Sid could probably do that. That just takes too much energy ;).

Clean up in aisle 3....seems that a bunch of Ducks thumped the *iss out of some Dawgs. Definitely a yellow snow moment.

Sid enjoys pumpkin patch season. He gets to be with all the kids and we have out hay trailers set up so he get to climb up there and be at eye level with us!

Nice shot Riley, he was being 'reluctantly removed' from the hay trailer today when we were waiting to get on. He would rather have stayed aboard.:D
