Morning folks. Sad day for me today. Sons off to basic so about now some guy is screaming at him I'm sure. Just hope he can keep that smart mouth of his closed. ;)

Be happy and be proud...it is a good thing your son has chosen to do....BTW...basic training is amazing at showing people that keeping the smart mouth closed is a very good idea!

...JJ, cheer up. He'll be home and getting under your skin again soon. Then you can be the one yelling at him:D What branch did he join? (((JJ & family)))

Thanx.. he joined the Air Force. Headed to Lackland. Gonna have a tough couple of weeks then he's off to Monteray for 18 months before being deployed somewhere on the planet. Don't think he's coming back home, but that's a good thing. :)

Loverly pics this morning. Wish I had some to share, but I rarely work monochrome.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I think so did he. I brought him to MEPS and could tell he was a might nervous. :) He did send me a text this morning when the bus was taking him to his flight and seems he got a comedian for a bus driver. The driver told him that there has been a change of orders and they were all headed to Disneyworld. :)
