Hey guys. I've only had my 450D a few months now and have been dying to have a go at some macro shots! So here's my first attempt shooting a few Mesembryanthemums. My bug shots have to get a little better before I go putting them on the net! I didn't expect honey bees to move the flowers around so much when they land! Blurry bees! Not good!

Thanks LordV. Coming from you that's a huge boost for my confidence! I'm a great admirer of your work sir! Any tips! I've got a super tight DOF with the 50mm 1.4 and the 20mm kenko. I'm gonna have a 100mm Macro soon and looking at getting a MPE-65 by the end of the year so I'll be picking your brain for tips when I head off on hols to Costa Rica! Plenty of big bugs there!!!!!
