It is a bummer about the 2nd child. I take way fewer pics of Ian than Aidan. Though...he does get quite a few new clothes. But, that's because he was born a season later than Aidan.

And, heck, all you can do is try on the boobies.

The new baby will be totally different I'm sure. It'll all work out.

I intend to change the 2nd baby thing...with photos at least :D...maybe even some video.

Try the boobies....check...I'll try the boobies.

I hope you're right :D

I brought my P&S Canon A410, and the Flip for videos. No DSLR, what was I thinking. And for the life of me I have no idea what my Facebook Password is.

What? No S5IS?
Your face book password is "Title Fairy Fanboi"

While Mrs. Belmondo and I are still trying to decide whether or not to have children, you might have just pushed us in the direction of remaining childless.

I have a strong gag reflex, and it appears that could be a problem.

 I have a gag reflex also...probably that strong also.

that's very exciting!!

Thanks Little....it sure is exciting. :D

Congratulations, Robert.

I was the third child. I understand hand-me-downs. I was only slightly traumatized by that, and have long since forgiven the two older siblings who preceded me.

Thanks Chief.
I was first born also. Though, I don't think my brother or sister have forgiven me for they handme downs they got. :lol;

Can't watch the video until I'm home ... But, uhh.. One of the first photo sessions after Christopher came home ended badly (explosively) when I decided we needed a newborn baby bottom pic.

Be sure wife is watching with you....though you've probably seen it....its the clip from Americas Funniest Videos with the Dad's changing diapers.

BearLeeAlive wrote in post #8290610 (external link)

And, yeah Bobert ...

Core2 Quad, 4 GB memory, 2 500GB SATA drives, etc... About the only thing I really skimped on was the video card, A Radeon 3850, but I figure I can upgrade that later if I want to. Monster system.

Me, too ... seeing as the fans I wanted were out of stock, I had to go for a different brand that seems to have a higher dB rating, Of course, I'm running a small desk fan to keep my system cool at the moment, and have 2 tiny 80mm fans spinning like no tomorrow, so we'll see.

The I have now is sooooooo quiet, the only time I hear the fans is when the cabinet which the tower is in gets closed and the fan begins to work extra hard trying to cool the processor.

I've been wanting to upgrade my video card since it only has 512MB....Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE, has HDMI output. I think that the video card may be interfering with LR2 when I'm using lots of graphic memory....everyother update I get memory leaks. I tried 2.4 update and had to uninstall it. Though, there is the possibility that the video card may okay and I'm getting memory leaks else where.

I was looking at those as well but Curt (Becky's hubby) wasn't pleased with his, so I went for the pocket bouncer. He uses the promax system.

What was the problem with it? They look pretty handy. I haven't pulled the trigger yet so would be interested in some real world feedback.

Well, 'ceptin' for when in that really cold water.

When I was 12 I sat in a nest of river leeches. They were babies and I was wearing a suit. The aftermath was still unpleasant and would have been amazingly awful if I had been nekkid.

No kidding.. I've been leached many times mostly walking through Georgia swamps as a kid. I couldn't even imagine a leach over by there.

the big boy with the G3 today

Aww.. kitty.. BTW, my son is furious with his cats today. Seems he came home from work and the place was a disaster. Seems the three got into some significant play and had knocked stuff down, books off of shelves, paper all over, pillow off the couch, a general mess. They are currently in time out.

"wait...your back end seems to be stuck"
"hey, you can't get out before you get all the way in...it's just not done!"
"that must be girl-talk for "been there...done that"

What a great series. Made me smile.

Woohoo! Funnel cloud over my house today. Good thing I had NO idea. Great warning system in place here. Just fantastic.

We had a huge F5 (external link) come through a few years back and do some real damage. It passed less than a mile from my house. We too had no idea except we heard it. It wiped out a school and killed many. The tornado warnings did not go on untill after the event. It took that event to finally install a updated warning system.

So I found out today that my Gram broke her foot on Monday. Lied to my sister as to why her cleaning lady was taking her to the doc, and didn't tell my father till today. This is the woman who had a stroke 8ish years ago, can barely care for herself and refuses to go into a nursing home. Poor Dad. I'm LIVID with her, but it doesn't pay, cuz she doesn't remember anyway.

It can get tough with our parents/grandparents. :( We go though something like that with my father in law. Almost have to drag him to the doc.

Both of my kids had a problem with breast milk...so they ended up on very expensive formula in a can. Now my granddaughters are going through the same thing...can't process breast milk, so have to drink the billion dollar a can crap.
