I actually was almost all the way home, (20 minutes) in my own little world of thought, and Wade called me. I skreeched on my brakes.

He didn't even know we had left. I walked into the shelter, and April (officer working the desk) said that she could hear him in the cat room laughing hysterically. She said he had been giggling like that for about half an hour.

At home, yes. Or, if you have a neighbor with an unsecured wireless network, you might not even need the router.
