Hi folks,

New owner and new member here.

Cannot get the Camera Window to automatically recognize a card has been inserted in my reader. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Thanks.

I wasn't aware that CameraWindow was supposed to autodetect the CF card in a reader. I thought it was just for downloading from the camera. With the CF card reader, you don't need the CameraWindow software, you can move the photos without it.

Of course. But the manual says it should auto open and that would be anice feature. I just can not get it to work.

If you are using ZoomBrowser EX 5.1, click on Card Reader/DCIM in the browser tree and CameraWindow opens and offers you the choice of downloading all or selected files. Or clck on File/Acquire Images or Acquire Images from the list above the tree window.
