I know who's dinghy it is too... but yeah I know they end up using them as their special facilities, other than I was trying to get the shot when one couldn't get back out for a bit (the one on the left) and the other hopped up to see what was going on. I swear ducks are very interesting birds..

Great shot...the dinghy makes the shot...look at the color...I love shots such as this where the birds are there but really, the images, the background brings them out so much more and adds to the image overall .

Mainly ANALOG..... but I still have a few digitals hanging around

Great color! Everyone is probably out barbequeing or something. Suspect you'll get some comments later on.

Its a great shot, but I'd have loved to see the upper half uncropped (if that's the bit that got chopped).

I lived aboard my sailboat in San Diego bay awhile back, and had mallards hop up on my boat, peck at the little louvered door to the ladder down until it would come unlatched and then they would come down inside and stand there and stare at me until I woke up. They wanted bread. I fed them treats, cause they cleaned my waterline of weed growth every morning before coming for their pay. You get use to stuff like that when living that close to nature. :)
