I am having problems with my memory card. I have the sd1100 IS and a 1G memory card. The card is pretty old but for some reason every time I try to take a picture it says the memory is full. There are only six pictures on the card. Should I replace the card or is there some way to fix that?

Thanks for your help!

Have you tried formatting the card using the format option on the camera?

stu1811 is correct, you need to format your memory card in your camera and not in your computer or any other device.

It also could be a dying card. BUt I would try a full format first. Luckily SD cards are cheaper than a roll of film these days.
