Morris Softbox 15x18

The Morris website doesn't explain much about this softbox. It says the face isn't removable so how to do you go about removing the inner baffle? Also how do you put it together and break it down. If someone with experience with this softbox explain this for me I would appreciate it. Pictures would be most helpful. Thanks

It works well, it's very well built, and it's obvious how to do everything once you get it. I don't use the inner baffle. Just buy it (external link).
