We just got a yellow lab. He's our first little guy, so I'm going to have tons of fun playing with him and snapping pics of him growing up
Here's a few from today

What a cutie, but he looks so sad. :)

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Labradors are wonderful dogs - even grown up! Some nice pictures here, but a touch under-exposed?

His name is Frank. Not the best name for a dog...long story behind it.

He does look sad, I think it's because we woke him up

They were a touch underexposed out of the camera. I did a bit of PP in lightroom, but looking at it on a different monitor now, I agree, they can be brightened up a bit more.

There used to be a Lab that used to come to our training club many years ago called Vanessa, she had a similiar sad face, it was just her look and even when she was happy she looked the same. Cute pup though.

Nice shots, he's adorable perhaps you could lie on the floor and take some at his level?

I tried, but every time I got down that low, he would come running at me! I tried to get a shot of him running, but just missed the focus.

It's a good job that Labrador is not fully grown, the way he's charging at you like that!

Why not try manual focusing on a patch of grass in front of you then firing off a couple when he reaches that patch, when I have tried doing this I often used a leaf to focus on.

The mother has charged me numerous times over the past couple years...it's much cuter when the little one does it! and less painful too!
