Hey everyone;

Here are two pictures I shot yesterday and edited a little in DPP. They seemed great to me so I didnt take them to photoshop.

I used linear, boosted brightness, saturation, sharpness and contrast.

Tell me what you think, full res versions are in my flickr :)
editing ok :D

Taken with a 1D Mark III and a 24-105mm F4 IS.

On #2 I went for that tilted look that you see a lot in Ford's advertising for Mustangs in the past.

I also have it in a level version, though it doesnt seem to look quite as good to me.

Look at the reflections in the roof, hood, front & side. Then read the links in my Sig, and...

ya, they looked freakin horrid before I used linear :D
You couldnt even make out "ROUSH" on the windshield.

I did have the reflections on the bumper and side cloned out but I screwed up and didnt save it when I closed it, I was doing a couple other things. I didnt bother to do it again.

Thanks for the tips, I will read through your links when I get home tonight.

I read your wright up about lighting, very good advice.

I try to get good lighting when I take any picture but having to wait for cars you can't move takes a little bit :)

I will try a couple more this weekend.
