So I just placed my CyberSync order for 1 transmitter and 3 recievers. I know that the Sekonic L-358 can use the PW chip to fire strobes remotely , but Sekonic doesn't have a chip for CyberSync's. So that got me to thinking how could I fire the CyberSync's remotely to take readings. Let me toss around my idea and let you guys shoot it down.
I know that there are adapters that let you connect a flash to a PW/SkyPort/Cybersync, and allow you to use a radio slave to trigger those flashes. Here is an example

Now, I was thinking if that adapter can fire a flash, why couldn't I put my CyberSync transmitter in there, and fire that? Sounds reasonable. The problem is that the adapter has a miniphone sync connector, while my Sekonic has a PC port. What I need is a miniphone to PC Male adapter. That would allow me to connect the miniphone to the PC port in the Sekonic. I did some quick searches and see that there are miniphone to PC Female adapters, such as

But I can't find miniphone to male. Does anyone know if this connector exists? If one doesn't exist, is it possible to make one by splicing a PC cable to the hotshoe adapter? If so, would it then be possible for my Sekonic to fire my strobes if I was able to hook a hotshoe adapter to the Sekonic, with my CyberSync Transmitter attached?
