i just picked up a Phottix brand CP-E3 or 2 or something type battery pack for the 580ex and exII
since it needs batteries in the flash itself too..do i need to have all the same batteries in the flash and the battery pack?
or can i have 6 of the same batteries in the battery pack....and a different brand of batteries in the flash?
the battery pack makes a charging sound when i put the batteries in...thhen turns off when its full..(power saving mode i guess)
i got the battery pack for pretty cheap i think
about $70 bucks new
