Lens was the 70-200 L - I think I needed a longer lens! This was very cropped so the IQ is not that great. The launch was in June 2009. Payload was a Satellite.

First time I have ever seen a launch, pretty cool. Feels like an earthquake when the sound gets to you! I work for the company that built LCROSS.
