How to remove CA in PSE 7

I have some CA in the white lettering on this. How would I go step by step to remove it from the image. I know PSE is a stripped version of stronger programs, but this is all I have. The picture will be below. I appreciate the help.

This is just a goof off picture as well. Nothing serious, but I know I'm going to have this problem with other images as well.

One more question. When I'm finished editing with my selection tool, how do I go about keeping my corrections. My book says to hit control Z; however, when I do that it plays as an UNDO function. If you can help me with this question as well I would greatly appreciate it.

Nevermind. Figured out what I was doing wrong. It's control D not control Z
